Default New Clutch

Well I finally made a decision on which clutch to purchase. I went with a south bend dual disc clutch kit with hydraulics upgrade good for 750hp 1300lb of torque. I also bought a custom south bend shift knob. I hope I made the right decision.

I just installed mine last week so far so good but I am finding the shifting not so great. I find it just will not pop in gear. I was noticing this slightly before I changed out the old south bend con fe which is another future thread and now it is worse than it ever has been. No grinding just not smooth. The clutch feels fantastic though and I can finally hold the pedal down at a stop light and my leg does not get tired. I hope once I get a few more miles on her the shifting will smooth out. For the record it is a million times better than the previous south bend and appears South Bend has stepped up the quality and technology on there new clutches.
