Good update. Glad to see the transmission/gearing worked out for you. I just regeared my Jeep to 4.88's and can't wait to see the difference it makes in the power department.

Owned 2 CTDs- 12v and 5.9 24v Might consider another. Miss the "rattle and whine" .....

Thanks for the thumbs up, the truck rides and drives better than it looks now. The wife asked me if I could build her a Cummins powered Ramcharger.....so I'm looking for a rust free 4x4 with tan or grey interior under $3500, shouldn't take too long. I could use her current D250 as a donor but its too dang nice, 550+ miles on a tank of fuel not to mention smooth highway speeds above 75mph. It has been nice to have as a backup while the big truck gets improvements and I like it too much to cut up now, so I'll have to find another donor Cummins as well.....

Also got the bumper fabricated for easy/quick removal for the dump bed.

'91.5 somewhat stock w-250 4x4 5sp Except for the EVIL twin turbos, K&N filter, two small shopping cart dents in right door, Monroe SENAS-TRAC rear shocks. cheap $35 air horns. KDP tabbed. South Bend clutch 13-1.25 Con O. Max stixs, 4" Rip Exhaust,No Muffler, Old Smokey fuel pin. EGR rear disc. Engine breathed on by Max.
