Default Lower control arm bushings

How big a pain is changing lower control arm bushings in an 07 2wd?
What would shop time be? MAX?

I got the bushings, but I got to looking and I'm not sure I want to tackle this one in my driveway, truck sitting on wood blocks...
Thought if it wasn't more than a couple hundred I might just pay someone. I'm sure the alignment will need to be redone anyway.

Two hours a side provided you have the tools and a lift.

Mckee..
I actually dropped one lower control arm a couple months ago thinking I could press them out with a ball joint press on the truck... Nope.
And decided they weren't in as bad a shape as I thought.
Then I noticed the upper bushings gone on one side so I ordered complete upper control arms.
So yesterday I went to change the first upper one and saw the lower ones were coming apart, FOR SURE!
I just put the wheel back on and got on the tractor to give it some thought.
