Default A/C system oil capacity

New A/c compressor, liquid line, dryer/receiver and condenser. Factory service manual is misleading. Says:
A/c System 210ml / 6.2 fl oz
Receiver dryer 60ml /2 fl oz
condenser 30ml / 1 fl oz
evaporator 60ml / 2 fl oz

I'm about to reinstall everything after I flush the evaporator. 210 ml on my graduated cylinder is a lot more than 6.2 fl oz! Compressor holds 6.2 oz by itself. Should I add more? Got me baffled. I'd hate to ruin a new compressor.

Where do you get that amount? Evaporator had about 3.5 fl oz in it at least. compressor says it needs 6.2 fl ozs on the sticker. Ive read that when factory installed system there was 7.2 fl ozs in the compressor, and everything else is free of oil. Something seems to have gone haywire in my system. Looks like a failed gasket washer on manifold to compressor.

I guess it's possible to get a bad (new) liquid line/orifice tube? As with everything else? Seems to be my case now. Weighed in correct amount of 134a. Gauges show low readings and sometimes 0 on low side. Evacuated and drawn down to 30hg vacuum twice. Holds vacuum as long as you let it. Second time I let vacuum pump run for 4 hrs. Recharged with 1.875lbs 134a per sticker under hood. Nothing gets cool at all. Air will blow through evaporator just fine. Has new condenser and accumulator.
Any thoughts or wisdom to hand out? Thinking of getting another line/orifice tube. Cheapest way.
