hey tim, just wanted to see how things are going? I just finished up the instalation of a early 2004 HO cummins into my ford f250 backed by the trans you built for me and it is holding up well.
Hi Tim, I just read your last post, and I certainly hope you will still be on this site for help. We all respect you and look up to you Tim, and if I read the post right, it seems like you are going to leave the site. That would be a great loss to all of us Tim, and yet I see what you are talking about and understand. I can see how it can be quite degrading and frustrating, considering the knowledge you have from hands on experience. I know I can speak for everyone on the site, when I ask that you stay. We need you Tim. All the best and utmost respect, Nigel (Pigiron)

hey there tim . was told to talk to you about a tranny issue i have with my 2001 auto. it seems like it shifts into neautral when doing the 1st to 2nd shift. it dosn't do it all the time and the fluid level is fine. it will go a month sometimes. or it will do it twice in a week. it scares the hell outta me cause i haul a car trailer with my racetruck on it. any info would be great. thanx Randy.

Tim how are the trannies in the 06 3500 2wd ? I may be in your area looking at one Friday or Saturday. Anything I can check other than for burnt fluid and making sure it shifts good ?

My name is Paul Rozell. I have an 04.5 3500. 165,000 miles. I live in Aubrey Tx. My tranny blew up on me last night. Do you have a shop? can you fix my truck? I was driving home last night and it felt like I let off the gas a couple times. then it started shifting between 3rd & 4th gear. I was 5 miles from home so I continued on by the time I got home it was at 2500 RPM and only going 30mph. Once I parked I looked under the truck and it was covered in tranny fluid. I hope you can help if not can you please refer me to someone close by.

hey tim, i have not been for a while. i think i scewed up my tranny in my 07.5 c/c ... its the aisin . i pulled the battery cables to clear some codes. when i hook things back up my tranny was slipping into gear... i had the dealer re-set the shift points and that stoped the slipping. but now the tranny takes a long time and lots of peddle to down shift. some times it bangs down as it down shifts. i'm just do for the 120k service. most of the dealer have no clue what to do with it. i have been running down to laredo tx a lot lately. maybe i could stop by your shop so you could take a look and see what you think
