I have a simillar set of codes. No engine light, and no problems, just codes keep coming up.

My codes are the same P0380 and P0382 along with a companion code (P01698?).
Dodge Power, Do your grid heaters work? Mine seem to work fine but I get the same codes saying there is a fault somewhere in the "air intake heater relay" according to my SMARTY.

Good luck.

Mine has been showing these codes almost every time I plug in my SMARTY for the last 7 or 8 months, I always have these codes about the intake heater relay(s) and they keep coming back after clearing. I know the grid heaters work though so haven't done anything about it. would just like to know what (if any) problems I have too.

My CEL never comes on over these codes either.

Can anyone suggest what's actually the problem here? Dodge power and I both get these codes and both trucks run fine... But what might cause these codes and what's the fix?

Thoughts/suggestions?

Thanks

A 1689 would eman that the truck is not running at all.

The grid heater circuts coeds tell me that the connections need to be cleaned and or the relays are getting weak.

The relays are mounted on the inner fender drivers side just below and slightly to the rear of the battery.

There are four connections per relay.

I'll have a look at those connections on my truck.

do relays get "weak"? I thought they work or not but I don't know much about electrical stuff.

Thanks for the tip.
