Good morning DR, October is here and wondering where the year has gone....last Monday we celebrated 17 years in business by completely forgetting the date until the next day. Longest I have ever worked anywhere. It isn't much fun anymore. Cool start to the clear and sunny day.....time to get the leathers out and ride,

Depends on the conditions. In heavy brush country, I'd opt for the revolvers. In bear country, I'd opt for the BFR. More open country, the 300 hands down. I have an old Ruger 44 carbine I use for brush country.
Below the freezing mark again, should warm into the mid 50s with sunny clear skies.

Sunny 70's today.
After a crazy week, I just relaxed again today. I did put a pump under the neighbors house this evening to get rid of water and hopefully see the city water leak.

The cheapo dashcam I bought works good and I saved some crazy driving vids.

Good morning DR, cool today, most likely the end of Indian Summer.....still clear and dry soooo.....ya never know. dump run so the truck gets the nod. Next couple of weeks going to order the replacement blend doors, changing them all and new actuators as well, then the drivers bedside installed and painted. Tires in December. Whew.....

GOODMORNINGDIESELRAM...The dryer took a crap Sunday morning, it wouldn't heat so I looked up brand new ones and showed the wife what they cost. ( the wheels are turning, and my plan is in motion ) I found a really nice one for around $800.00. Next step is to gat some tools out and look into the problem. pulled the front panel and got the volt ohm meter out.
turned the dryer on and tested the voltage at the heater plug 220v. Unplugged the dryer, than the leads to the dryer, tested the heater coil, nothing. Told my wife there's your problem. After a quick search I found the heater element, and found the door handle that has been broken for years. Cost of parts with shipping $34.76. I saved a ton of money so now I think I can get the camera I was going to get and she thinks It's ok.

Warm and very windy as the next storm blows in. Going to be soggy all week.

Sunny near 80 today. Hauled more rock.

A temperature sensor was bad in my kenmore dryer but about $20 and an hour labor fixed it.
Found the repair on youtube and just did like the guy did.
