More rain here, not like down there though. Still a problem though. Our three big local rivers remained high all summer washing more homes into Cook Inlet. There are a lot of houses along the river up for sale cheap. They know if the river takes it they loose everything. They also know the state and the feds won't lift a finger (unless it's the middle one) to help them.

Good morning DR, closed most of the windows in the house, may need to get out a blanket....cool damp start to the day, but not much actual rain. Guess I need to plan on the blend doors in the truck pretty soon, only place I get air is the dash, but I can control the temp still.

Good Morning DieselRam...

Our visit from Harvey was over rated. Several radar indicated tornadoes, only 2 damage areas that I'm aware of, mostly minor. Less than an inch of rain here that came in short lived downpours followed by a breezy 40mph ish night and cooler drier air...as witnessed by a 61 thermometer this morning.

No oversize hauling on holidays so 3 day weekend became a 4 day since things were wet-ish yesterday.

Opening day of dove season. Sounds like the south rising again all around.
I probably won't shoot unless Ralph comes...so far no.
