Well, to answer my own question....
Changing them in pairs is probably a good idea because there is a moderate risk the other one will go out within 2 weeks.

Now my CRS disease left me alone I placed a jack stand underneath the hub itself then let weight of truck down on it 3-5 times each time I jacked it up I hit down on hub with 3 lb hammer 3-5 times
