Default Subtle Howl/Whine

Changed rear rotors, calipers and pads. Also replaced dry rear driveshaft U-joint.
Now at 20 - 30MPH I have a very low pitched howl/whine - almost sounds like a wind noise. Most people might not even hear it. (Maybe it has always been there???)
Anyways, braking, turning or turning off the engine and coasting in N does not alter the sound.
Did I do something wrong changing the U-joint?
Should I have changed both?

BTW it is the truck with the free spin kit so nothing on the front axle is turning.

Thanks

Driveshaft phased correctly?

Everything tight, caliper and bracket tight?

Try this while rolling step on parking brake a few clicks at a time and see if the problem go's away.

Driveshaft phased correctly?
With only 2 U-joints (short box) I d'ont think I can get them out of phase. Or can I?.
Everything tight, caliper and bracket tight?
All tight
Try this while rolling step on parking brake a few clicks at a time and see if the problem go's away.
No change in sound

And all tires at 75psi Clunk

Could it be the pinion bearing?
Would the new U-joint at the diff possibly make the pinion bearing act up?

Yeah growl and howl are usually signs of a bearing either hub or wheel going out. IMO

Rear diff? That usually gets worse the faster you drive. And if the pinion is getting shoved to far back against the ring gear it'll actually cause drag when you're not in the throttle. Starts out like that sometimes
