Default Windshield Wipers don't work

The 2 relays are good. Wiper motor fuse looks good.
No warning. Just won't wipe .
What should I check next?
Thanks

Take the cover off the wiper motor. Probably full of corrosion on wiring connections.

Thanks, it was, but still did not work.
Local Dodge dealer (one I have a good relationship with) checked it out and explained that the low voltage switch inside the wiper motor failed. It gets the signal from the turn signal arm and can't be repaired.
The soloution a new wiper module - linkage and all.
He said it was quite common at this age.
Hope I did the right thing. $400
