Maybe if I change my identity, I could fool a few people up your way.

Happy boxing day to everyone!! We didn't realise that so few countries have boxing day holiday!!!! As British we take it for granted !! But we now spend as much time as possible in central Portugal and to the locals it is just another working day !!!
But to us-------being retired---- every day is a holiday !!!!
We wish you all a happy new year and hope your Rams behave themselves.
Nigel and Pamala

We also tend to forget that we are the only ones that celebrate July 4th as Independence day. Good to see your still around, any plans to come to the states again?

Thanks for your comments guys !!!!!!! We will never forget the help you guys gave us, especially on our little jaunt around US/Canada and of course Our beloved Alaska ( it is not the US----- ask any Alaskan!!!!)
We would love to do another trip, to see some of the many places we didn't have time to see, but money and arthritis would prevent us having as good a time !!!!
The demountable camper we used on that trip started to disintegrate, we sold the truck with a heavy heart and dismantled the camper-----many of it's bits are now making our little cabin in the Portuguese mountains !!! From the toilet/black & grey tanks to the door and windows, kitchen bits and loads more,
So our travelled camper lives on!!!!
Happy new year to you all
Nigel and Pamala
