Default Cupped Tires

Front tires are cupped from bad ball joints. Got the ball joints changed out and am wondering if the tires will smooth out. Maybe move them to the back and do some burnouts? Or will they never smooth out on there own and I need to buy a new pair?

Normally no. Once in the pattern they stay that way.

Cupping can be caused by shocks too , how are those?

Shocks should be good. They are the Bilstein 5100s, and a year or two old.
