Back to cold and rainy.
Thinking of selling the house. Every time we turn around we find something else the last owner did wrong that we now have to fix.

Sunny 90's today. Not much work today. Hauled 22 tons of 3/4" gravel several miles north of town. Chased some parts then worked on the KW AC. Did some checking and it's acting normal.....the engine fan cools the condenser and drops the high side pressure. With enough refrigerant, the low side stays around 30psi. If it leaks out every once in a while, I'll top it off until the weather cools off then I'll turn it in for repair work.

Clunk, add an bit of UV dye when you service it next time.....avoid the stop leak/leak sealer snake oil stuff.....after all the orifice tube is a calibrated leak.

Cold and rainy still. The heater has kicked on a few times.
Hauled trash from the house. The old toilet, the new dish washer no one wanted, the bad and excess wiring I pulled out, and some of the branches from the trees that where cut down.

Good morning DR, 70* and low 80's later...gonna let the rain wash the bed of the truck out. Cleaned the rental out from the deadbeats, filled a large roll back dumpster. Can't wait for Karma to catch up with them. I've started seeing the worst in people as I get older.
