Ok, my rant of the week, car wouldnt start yesterday morning, has been running fine for 4 months. Its a beater commuter car, checked compression, 125 across the board, should be 181. Maybe time to roll the pos in the river. Get in my dodge today, running great, then it hiccups and dies, three times on the way to work, dies two blocks from work, gets towed home 50 miles. Sounds like an air leak in the fuel system, maybe that stupid o ring in the fuel heater. It will idle fine and run like a champ at hi rpm in neutral, but you start working it, and it dies. Any suggestions anyone, its a 91 12 valver.End of rant, gonna go have a nap.

Last time the fuel pump was changed?

Is it making oil?

Or the fuel filter?
My '92 acted crappy on watered fuel once and once with a junked up fuel filter.

Clamp on the hose feeding the lift pump. My 91 did that.

It was the wiring going to the fuel shut off solenoid, plus, the fuel filter could be tightened 1 complete turn., so even tho it was probably unnecessary, I replaced the solenoid anyways, that was a nightmare. Ive got another lift pump to put on, if this rain ever stops. Insurance is off the truck in a few days until next winter, it didnt get to plow for two years now, damn el nino

Looks like workman's comp is skipping out on the bills. Got a statement that said they paid $1,000 of a $9,000 bill and denied the rest. Of course it is the weekend, so there is no one to call and inquisition.

According to workman's comp and my employer's HR, the doctor has to accept what workman's comp pays them. It's a contract thing so the doctor can't come back on me for the difference.
