RAF, i certainly dont agree with their corporate policies, but the guy i delt with here the most was polite, helpful, as much as he could be, and apologetic.
He's the one who told me to re-submit after 30 days, submitted it himself, and waited right there for a response.

I will, but not too sure that is going to happen now. Once I got to Sheboygan, they had a totally different plan laid out for me. And to injure their insult, I showed up with a broken wrist. Got it Sunday morning before getting on the flight south. They are still making me work, but there's not a lot I can do. They will probably send me home after I get this engine I'm pulling for repair back on. Looks like I get a free trip to Canada after all, eh.

I fell on the ice while unloading my suite case at work to get on a plane to go to Sheboygan. Goes down hill from there.
