They wont allow it.
This one was ordered for me, they dont have another 308 in stock, & if they did it would be $180 more.
Dicks sporting goods....

Could get someone to buy one at the local pawn & gun....Still more money.
I offered, but he said he didnt want me to have to pay more for it.

It'll all work out eventually. Theres no reason for it not to.
Still burns my a$$ cause there's no excuse for it!!

I hate airplanes, especially this one. In the final stages of an annual and things start breaking. Why didn't they break before or during the inspection instead of waiting until the pre and post run up checks to fail. Including a new part! And of course it is Friday afternoon in AK. Everyone in the low 48 has gone for the weekend. And I can't get a replacement until Tuesday. Upper management is pitching a fit. NOT MY FAULT!!!!!!!!! Give me lots of time to do it then tie my hands behind my back. No help. Lost a month in holidays and company meetings. Make me stop work to move flight ops out of the hangar. Make me stop to coordinate field maintenance on other aircraft. And then,, when your done with that one your going to Wisconsin to pull an engine and take it to Winnipeg , wait for it, bring it back and install it, go to Wichita for school, then back home to start another annual on the aircraft I just did the engine R&R on.

Do you think you could handle city living again Coug, I couldn't, I live in a town with a population of a little over 5000. When we do go to the big city, we both get so stressed now, we just cant wait to get home.

I doubt it. Bad enough having to work on the outskirts of one. Rarely do I go into Anchorage. When I do go, I go armed and don't stay long.
