I cleaned it up, bent the brushes out for a little more tension and lubed it with some lithium (white) grease and put it back together with a rubberized sealer, just in case I have to take it apart again.
Hmmm, gonna hafta try it, thanks Coug.

I know that Coug, I just had the throttle bushing replaced at work as the stock brass one are prone to leaking, such as mine, and had all the other seals replaced and a bunch of other stuff replaced, also got a 40hp fuel pin and a 3200 spring. Putt'n her back together tomorrow while the weather is nice.

Oh I see now, I thought you had to basically split it in half. I will go at mine tomorrow, thanks Coug. I put the new spring and fuel pin in today and put the top end of the inj pump back together, goes like a raped ape, made quite a bit of difference, a little more smoke too, but Ill adjust that.

Default I think I found it

Been fighting an intermittent auto pilot issue on the 92 for a while mow, but I think I may have finally found the culprit. Yesterday warmed up and was able to spend some real time troubleshooting the system. What was throwing me for a loop was everything was ohming out correctly. So I started taking apart pieces. I eventually found a cold solder joint on a tiny little circuit board under the set/coast switch on the steering wheel. The ohm meter didn't show it because of its minimal electrical load. Under normal electrical load, the crack in the solder would open and either turn off or not allow the cruise control to turn on. It showed up when I started flexing the board. Now I need to go try it and see if I fixed it this time.
