Most of our rivers are fed by glaciers, that's why the water is gray. It leaves behind a fine dust that the wind kicks up. At times it can be as bad as a very dense fog, and abrasive like being sand blasted.
30 and up to 2" of snow expected today. Lost several trees in the high winds. Luckily they didn't hit anything expensive.
When message popped up on the wife's computer saying windows 7 will no longer be supported, she convinced herself I needed a new one so she could have my current one. Spent all day cleaning out the one and loading the other. Still working on the new one, mostly program updates. Once the new one is up and running, I get to teach the wife how to move things from one computer to another. Isn't that going to be fun.

Rain forcasted , rained so hard last night. Im sure the property is too waterlogged to pick up the rest of the leaves. Might trudge around the stores hopefully for the last time looking for the last of the xmas presents. Thank god for Amazon, I managed to get a lump of coal for BRD, prewrapped too.

So far, no snow here. A few miles down the road toward town is a different story. Wife said it was like someone painted a line across the highway.
