Sure I'm sure, because the cycle after the engine is running. It just doesn't do the initial "wait to start" cycle when you turn the key on. Kinda critical up here in the winter.

Now I have a fuel leak from somewhere around the fuel filter. Looks like it may be from the WIF sensor. I have a new filter and sensor to put on it, just need the time. Probably tomorrow I can tackle that and the PCM issue.

Success! mostly. Put in my spare PCM and the grid heaters cycle normally again. The tach also comes right up which means the crank sensor circuit is working properly again. Something temperature sensitive on the circuit board as the problems where far worse when it was stone cold and got better as it got warmer.
My fuel filter was loose, that was the cause of my fuel leak. Figure that one out. How could it go for a couple years with no problems then suddenly start unscrewing its self.
All kinds of mysteries occurred while it was in other peoples hands.

My fuel filter came loose just blocks from work last year, had it towed home...like you said...how would it come loose....vibrations I guess. I was sucking in air.
