Time to tackle the rear main seal on the 91. Went out to the digs for some desperately needed R&R. Of course the wife loaded everything she could stuff in a 18' travel trailer. Long story short, the clutch slipped a few times passing Power Jokes on hills.

Been a while so I thought I'd wake up the old thread.

2 months later, still haven't got round to it.
Been having cold start problems that has occupied my time. My be time to re-do the pump and add some secret goodies to it.

You guys make me miss my 91.5 . What I don't miss is the frame fractures, though.

Ouch! What were you doing to the poor thing? The worst I did to mine was nearly rip the hitch out from under it.

The frame at the steering box was a tad deficient and is cracked multiple times at the right radius rod bracket. The 14 is a pretty choppy freeway. And it didn't help having 200 pounds of pushbar up front with a vise mount.

A 2wd thing? I've cracked a steering box mount plate, but that's it. I can't say the roads mine has lived on were any good either. I'm surprised I haven't bent the frame in the middle.

New week, new problem. Alternator is pulsing, and not to the music. Was rock solid, then started twitching like a junky at a Greatfull Dead concert. I redid and added grounds when I put in my new battery. Sense then, I had a regulator fail (2 if you count the defective Napa regulator) and now this.
