I feel for you with that. Mine flares up on occasion and it's definitely up there on the "no fun" scale.

I started keeping a quart of Aloe Vera juice in the house, and start drinking it as soon as I feel the discomfort (mine is always in exactly the same spot - makes sense as the last borescope showed just 1 diverticuli) anyway - I drink a quart of the aloe vera juice across a couple of hours and most of the time it resolves everything pretty much that day.

And no, for me, no popcorn, no blueberries, no blackberries, limited nuts and strawberries ...

Good Morning DieselRam !!!
Bout 50 and overcast, 66 later they say.
Clouded up late yesterday. Ground is damp this morning but no serious rain overnight.
Rain coming, they say...1/2 inch plus by morning.
Well... Probably been a really good day for shed retrieval today & probably too wet tomorrow.

Dried up enough to re-grade the new driveway....better, was getting a little squishy.
Fish didn't bite much at all. Caught about 5 really nice crappie in 2 hrs.
Coulda been the 200 rounds of target practice I suppose.

Finally got the brakes on the rear of the '09 & cleaned the carb on the XR100.

Cloudy 50's today with a few really light showers.
Hauled bucket sized rock and the places taken from and delivered to were rough...the truck beat me up pretty bad. I hope I don't have to go there again.

Sunny, windy 50's today & hauled more rock but not at the rough places.
Our mayor got caught plundering the till. Has to pay back $10,000, 3 years probation and now currently unemployed.....sometimes the wheels turn slow but they do turn.
