Good Afternoon DieselRam...
Sunny and 75, after a start of 48, right on cue. Thunder and wind returning tomorrow night.
JFJ, congrats on the Camry. Is this a "NEW" new Camry, or new to you? The little lady has a camry hybrid we like pretty well. Not a hot rod, but actually better performance than the original style 4 cylinder I had before. I think the CVT makes some difference, you never sense a downshift, it just keeps humming along.
Like Capt said, Accords are pretty nice too.
I'm waiting for Tesla to include a generator for unlimited range!!
Thinking about one more half ton pickup myself...again.
No limit on the number of diesels! All depends how long I keep hauling, then how much I travel.
Need to go make some calls. Lots to try to squeeze in tomorrow before the rain, 16x40, 16x24, and 14x28.
Another 14x24 just popped up but don't think I got time.

Mostly sunny and up to 80F today..
Hauled asphalt today...they got the plant going.
One of our trucks got the tarp "glued" with excessive asphalt goo and it stuck rolled up. Had to beat it with a shovel as it was let out a little at a time, wore me out.
Hope one of the other paving companies calls tomorrow.

I really should be looking at getting a new truck, the F150 has been great, the rockers are starting to rust, I really didn't think I was going to own it this long when I bought it, and I haven;t really taken care of the body like I should have. The V6 ecoboost has been very reliable and it still pulls the camper like it did when new.

The mrs gave the ok to start looking at tractors seriously again. I almost signed for a Deere 2025R with a loader and backhoe last year before the covid stuff exploded. I'm thinking I may go with Kubota LX2610 now, I can get a little bigger of tractor and still keep the horsepower below 25, so it will not have a DPF or EGR on it.

2015 Pete w/ISX 450hp.
Engine vibration with 8LL trans in gear & clutch pushed in parked.
Also going down the road. Vibration starts around 1000rpm and stays
until 1500, follows engine speed, stops when the clutch is pushed in.
Ideas?

Throw out or pilot bearing?
5, some snow tomorrow, then the bottom drops out. Negative side of zero for a few days. What happened to global warming?

Thanks for the suggestions fellas, when he takes it apart again, I'll mention that to the mechanic in charge.

Mostly sunny near 80F again today. Hauled paving rock to the plant before they started loading us. Because we're hauling special state road mix, diesel fuel makes it set up hard and fast, really sticking to the bed. They have a release agent, smells like white syrup, that is applied with their overhead spray rig. Stuff helps get the mix out of the bed but residues still smear the bottom of the bed.
After the job is over, I'll probably have use kerosene and elbow grease to get the bed back to normal.
