Default Front end lift

Best way to lift the front end on an 09 3500 2wd, 1-2 inches..?

Levelling kit, I put one in my 08 to take the rake out of it, sits level now. Mine was 2 1/2 inch kit

10-4.
I think it's mostly because the rear is so high without a load, but mine looks like the nose is on the ground. Like to pick it up just a bit.
The 07 doesn't have that problem, but it's always pulling a gooseneck.
