Default mirror lights

On a 2018, anyone know if it's possible to tie these amber mirror turn signals to the amber running lights so they provide illumination in running light mode and as a turn signal?

thanks,
Streeter

I am thinking if you use 1 way diodes on each wire you could do it BUT I do not know for sure

Short answer is no. They are controlled via the TIPM.

did a little interweb research and found this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TPFGT2TTr54

https://boostautoparts.com/products/...g-light-signal (this harness looks pretty good)

https://puredieselpower.com/dodge-pr...-13mrblnk.html (reviews not great on this harness)

http://www.northshorediesel.net/ram-...light-kit.html (this harness looks good, but I donít see any inline fuses)

have to pull door panels to install aftermarket speakers and signal wires anyway, so while I'm there what's another $ 50?

Want to caution you doing this hence my previous post. TIPMs are very sensative.

Several have been in my shop where I have chased silly issues due to wiring additional components to the exsisting wiring.
