Ditto on the Cummins facility. My folks live about 5-6 miles from one; so when I'm in the need for filters (OEM oil & fuel and 2mm secondary fuel filter) I stop in when I visit the folks. Pretty handy actually!!

I was looking at Fleetfilter.com for my Dodge and my brothers Ford.
It lists a case of 6 filters for around $25. I assume that is per case, but i can't believe the price for 6 is the same price Napa lists 1 filter for. If its per case, I'm stocking up.

Are you sure your looking at he right part # Your 07 5.9 takes the Wix 57620 oil filter shown at a 12 pack case @ $5.83 ea. and the 57620XE high efficiency at 6 pack case at $10.29 ea. According to the fleetfilter site. Looks like a good price, don't know what the shipping is.

Also check out the Amsoil EaO80 or Donaldson Endurance ELF-7349 both these oil filters have a recommended interval of 1 yr or 25,000 miles whichever comes first, yes more expensive but have the best filtration efficiency you will find.
