Default Where to buy fuel and oil filters

Where has everyone found the best place to buy fuel and oil filters? I am planning on running wix or fleetgaurd for my 07 Dodge with the 5.9. Also, my brother just bought a Ford Powerjoke, so anywhere to order a bunch of filters at once would be great.

Try Herb. He should be able to set you up with both for your truck & the powerjoke.

If you decide on Fleetguard filters for yours, Cummins or Freightliner has them.

Another good spot if you dont mind buying online is Genos Garage. They definitely have good prices on Dodge items. Not sure if they still do but they used to offer powerstroke items as well.

Ken's Performance has good pricing and free shipping on orders over $75 for fleetguard filters IIRC.

Baldwin PF7977 a 5 micron fuel filter, the new Donaldson P550800 fuel filter now meets OE spec and the Fleetguard Stratapore FS 19856. For oil filters Donaldson Endurance ELF-7349, Amsoil EAO80, Fleetguard Stratapore LF16035.

BTW no matter what brand fuel filter you use make sure it can pass all of the Dodge/Cummins spec's below:

Dirt Holding Capacity at 1.5 PSI and 52 GPH ( CRFS TKU) Greater than or equal to 15 grams.

Maximum Delta Pressure @ Rated Flow (Installed in Housing) 1.5 PSI (New) or 5 IPSI (Plugged or Cold Weather).

Water Stripping Performance Per SAE J1488 = SAE 95% Efficient @ 36.5 GPH.

Fluid Compatibility Commercial Diesel US#l and US#2 (LSD/ULSD) B20 Material Compatible with SBME (Soybean Methyl Ester) and RSME (Rapeseed Methyl Ester).
