2500 rpm stall? I guess you could put the 4000rpm governor thingy on it.

Yeah, probably will, but I figure if it spins almost unloaded at 2500, spinning faster isn't gonna help that much.
Seems like it doesn't pull much better at 2500 than at about 1750
