Default AMSOIL Air filters

After putting on a new turbo on the ol' CTD, I figured I would protect the investment.
I installed a Amsoil Ea filter around 5000 miles ago. This is my opinion:

I inspected the compressor blading very closely with a boroscope and was very impressed at how well the filter keeps the dust and dirt out. Cleaning is a vacuum and air hose away and needs to be done every 25000 miles.

So far a great product and price is cheap. Very happy customer.

That's Nanofiber technology for the auto/light truck market. Media removes 5 times more dust than traditional cellulose filters and 50 times more dust than wet gauze. Unmatched 4-year/100,000-mile guarantee. Synthetic Nanofiber Technology is a Donaldson Patent.

I hope the Amsoil Ea filter lasts longer than my AFE, mine was separating at 13 months. Like I said, like the filtering characteristics. When I can take my boroscope at work and see how much cleaner the compressor blading is, I'm happy.
