Default P063C code - alternator voltage sense low

My check gauges light came on Thursday on the 07. Everything looked fine. all normal.
When I shut the truck off the light stayed on.
No check engine light, only check gauges.
Checked codes, have a P063c - "generator voltage sense circuit low"
Gauge in the dash shows 14 volts, right on the money. Just changed the alternator 2-3 months ago.
Ran all day yesterday and I know from experience a 6.7 wil not run long if it isn't charging.
Haven't put a meter on the batteries yet to confirm the 14 volts, but like I said, running all day long.

Anybody solved this quandary or have any thoughts?

Thanks
