Can you replace a radiator drain plug on a 01 ram

My 01 ram radiator drain won`t drain . I guess it`s plugged up . Can you replace it or should I just not worry about it ?

i do believe you can change the drain plug.

Remove said drain plug poke around with a piece of wire. See if it will drain.
