Injectors and Rebuild kits

Hello all.

I have a 12v 6BT w/ a NV4500HD and need to know, for sure, which injectors go in my engine, I've been finding 140hp, 90hp, marine injectors, 5 nozzles, 7 nozzles... too much to choose from for a rookie.

Found these part numbers:
Bosch 0432133865-early '94
Bosch 0432133860-'94-'95
Bosch 0432133844-'94-'98

As far as I know the trans can only handle about 460lbs.ft of torque, and stock is running around 410lbs.ft or something like that, I don't want to break my gearbox.

Which are the stock injectors?
And any part numbers for Bosch rebuild kits? I found a few but they seem to be made by "speed" shops, not OEM.

Talk to Max and get him to build you a set. Money well spent

Upgrade the input shaft on the NV4500HD and it will handle a good amount of torque. I am pushing about double what it is rated for and haven't broke it yet.

HerkyBird2001: OK, that simple. The input shaft is the weakest link on the trans then. That trans reminds me of a SM420. Thanks.

A 1994, no engine mods.

So 175 HP Manual truck.

The bowels in the pistons will all be the same from 94 to 98. Makes no difference as to what horsepower you want to use.

Baby steps with these trucks. Add a fuel stop plate first and modify the AFC housing listed in the How To section of the forum. KBBT did the write up.
