Default Transmission problem

I have a 2016 2500 Mega Cab with the cummins and about 6 months ago I started hear a chirp when it up shifted from 3rd to 4th. The chirp sounds like the tires are breaking traction. It chirps almost every time, weather I'm towing my toy hauler or not. Recently, I've noticed that when it goes into 4th gear, its losing power. The RPM's drop about 800 RPM's and "lugs". I've taken it to dodge twice and each time they say they know about the problem, but they don't have a fix. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas?

Thanks in advanced

Doug

Hope someone can help with this. This is also one of the reasons I have a manual transmission.

I agree with the manual transmission.....it allows the 2-4-6 shift pattern.....
