Default Lift Pump ???

Lord...its always something...

Check engine light on...codes p1011 & p0087...low fuel rail pressure.
Done it half a dozen times.
Engine died 3 times after low power.
Thought it was just defueling at first.
Overhead display says catalyst restricted, service required....but its deleted!
Reflashed the tune monday but just did it again!
Opened filter drain with engine running & it just dribbled a little.
Shut down, bumped starter, hear LP running, open drain again & it squirts fuel.
Haven't changed the filter yet but it doesnt do it consistently so dont really think thats it.
Also ran the snot outa it after the reflash & it never backed down.
But right now it surges & wont pull worth crap!
The idle seems as lightly rough too.

Am I missing anything?
Would you guys concur with the lift pump??

Talked with a pro in Ohio...told me how to check the fuel rail relief valve & explained why theres not much pressure at the filter...especially if the cp3 is trying to compensate for low rail pressure.

Raiman had that same issue a few years back. Replacing his lift pump fixed it.

Replaced my in-tank pump with an AirDog 100.....Might have gone back with the improved OEM unit....at least they say it's better now.

Just replaced. Did some asking around & nobody could give me a good reason to spend $600 for an airdog unless I wanted to make more than 600hp...and I can't see doing that while working it hard.
Pulls pretty nice now.

Only reason I went with the AirPooch was the additional filtering it afforded.....spin on water separator, spin on filter and keeping the OEM filter in place offers a return filter. Eats relays regular though.....I carry a spare.
