Supposed to be a nicer day (less rain) today. Headed out to the house to try and get more stuff done. Can't seem to get anyone to come out and fix my driveway and clear a pad for a Connex.

Sunny 90's today.
Got the paving done amid a throng of tourists.
A policeman told me back in the spring that it gets crowded like that every saturday.
I'd much rather be in the Smokey Mountains where it's cool.

Good morning DR, 65* to 85* and partly cloudy. FOUR, yes that's right you heard it here first.....Four new skins on the old black beauty, Bridgestones this time, didn't care for the Michelin they were pushing and Cooper nearly was the choice. Balance is good, less aggressive tread design means road noise is low. Let y'all know how they wear as the years fly by. It's been some time since I've enjoyed driving the old girl. Blend doors is the next honey-do...….

Good Morning DieselRam !!

72 now, 90+ later. Summer putting up a fight!!
Ah yes, the smokies... The higher up the better!
I oughta drag my camper up there one time.
JFJ, new shoes do make a man feel like walkin just to see how they feel.

On duty today after a full day of loading and unloading boxes and furniture yesterday.
Scored a few things they didn't want to store or move...
Patio table with 6 chairs, half a truck bed of tools, and a JD riding mower that needs a deck belt.
Not bad pay for a days work..

Rain all ready. Supposed to get an inch and a half today.
Lots of earthquakes happening up here. Not the usual little ones, but an increasing number of 5+ ones.

There's more off the Oregon coast, the powers to be say there's nothing to worry about, but I'm not convinced. The big one is on the way, it's not a question of if but when. I'm some what ready with emergency supplies. You have to ask yourself, when it hits and the land under our feet drops where will you be?
