Default Lift pump again

This time it left me stranded. Fortunately I have a spare.

Turned out to be a wiring harness failure. No power from the relay socket to the pump. I'm going to have to run new wires.

Glad it wasn't anything worse.

Me too, I'd hate to have to replace the injection pump again due to no fuel pressure. But, it appears to be running normally at this point.

Reckon I've put half a dozen on the 99.
Had them wiring gremlins too.
Once had to run a hot wire from the battery out on the road so I could get home.
The last one was a Raptor and it's still going strong, but the VP still got crazy on me.
Started it up last week and ran down the road. Forgot how well she moves when running right.

I only have my 92 to compare to the 01. But it seems the 01 has always been a dog even when the 92 was still stock.

I believe my 99 is the most responsive and fun to drive out of my 4.
