Default Vehicle help

Come to the conclusion that even though a Subaru is a very fine car it's too small for a person my size. After my knee surgery, I found out there was not enough leg room in the front seat, so I had to lay across the back seat while the wife terrorized me with her driving.
So what could you recommend for an alternate? I need to be able to get in and out easily and stretch my legs out.

I would suggest looking for something with power adjustable pedals. Are you looking at new or used?

I would step up to the plate and get a big boy car. Find a broke down Hummer, and put a 5.9 in it.

I had a hard time getting in and out of it when my knees were still good. The worst part is getting through the door. The way its set up, moving the seat is not possible.

I have little trouble getting in and out of the 1st gen, haven't tried the 2nd gen yet. I'd love to have a Ramcharger, but the fuel mileage stinks. Unless I can find one that has been converted to diesel.

New is out of the question. And taxes here put me in the 8+ year old market. Wife needs a wagon or SUV to do her thing.

Searched the web for Ramchargers yesterday. $10K - 15K????? So much for that idea. I need to hit some used car lots and try a few on.

Do look at the cheby SUVs....as well as the Ferd….I would like a 4wd Caravan if it rode just a bit higher. If I wasn't pulling diesel weight my truck of choice would be an F150....4X4 Off Road package

I have a '79 but it needs more work than you most likely want to do.
