Only a screen but unless you have several hundred thousand miles I doubt highly that it would be plugged.

Again a simple fuel pressure test at the injection pump will validate this.

Check fuel pressure then. Your reading should be 6 to 8psi at idle with no less than 4psi at 2000 rpm.

Any parts store with a simple gauge, you will need to fix yourself up a T and couple pieces of 5/16ths fuel line to tap into the feed line.

If your not real confident on what your doing look up youtube there are probably countless videos on this.
