Default Cruise control not working?

I only drive my truck once or twice a week. Last time I drove it the cruise would not engage, light would not come on. Checked the fuses, they all looked good, but could not find the one for the cruise. I pulled the cruise switches cleans them and check for power, none of the wires had any power.

I checked all the vacuum lines and the four wheel drive engaged. Heat and AC seemed to work alright.

Which fuse is for the cruise and should the wires to the cruise switches have power?

Any recommendations of what I should look for?

Bob

If your horn doesn't work either or works seldom, most likely is the clock spring. Im sure one of the relays for the C/C is on the relay box by the ABS controller under the hood, by the battery, driver side.
Disconnect the batteries and after 30 minutes then start fiddling with the clock spring, you don't want to get punched at close rage by the air bag.
