Default January mornings 2020's

Good morning DR, Happy New Year and a new decade too Hindsight is 2020 they say, looking forward with 2020 vision I want to see my kids/grandchildren grow healthy, strong and full of God's grace. Teach them well and they will prosper. The coming year WILL bring joy and sorrow as every year before has. May peace and prosperity be with us one and all in the days to come. See y'all in the future

Happy New Year, y'all. Guess I've lurked long enough, gonna try to contribute more.
Had a stroke in Feb. last year. Progressing along nicely. Don't know if I'll ever have full use of my left arm and hand, again, but I'm trying and making progress every day. At least I'm right handed and I survived. Some don't.
May be selling my truck, time will tell all.

Jake

I appreciate that, BRD. So far I'm doing good with my attitude towards the cards in my hand, and I'm getting very resourceful with my right hand.

Sorry for your trouble BigDogg, I hope things work out for you.

Happy New Years gang!!!

Sunny 50F this afternoon so I went for a short bike ride...starting the old New Years bike ride again, postponed since '92....getting a little kooky lately.
Ate too much New Years Eve supper and got the heartburn so I took the only Alka-Seltzer here, Alka-Seltzer Plus for colds....knocked me out for 8 hours and I got up around noon. Gotta be more careful.

Good morning DR, cool day, pretty much in the 40s and rain/heavy rain towards the weekend...rumors of snow possible too. Dang BigDogg sorry to hear of your stroke, positive attitude is key, sounds like you have that covered. Feels like the second Monday this week....but it is a short week

Hang in there big dogg. When dealt a crappy hand, bluff, cheat, whatever it takes. That attitude has kept me alive for 63 years.
-5 and lots more snow. It did briefly warm up to 40, but quickly dropped back into the deep freeze. Working a lot of overtime, long hours and extra days at work trying to keep things flying and clean up the mess. Overwhelming is an understatement, but you just keep at it. Do your best with what you have.

Thanks guys, I'm gonna be alright if I live long enough. I can dress, bath, cook some and drive, so i'm doin' better 'n most.

Clunk, I was doing the same work you do, end dumps and bobtails, gotta say I miss it quite a bit.
Gonna be a decent day here weather wise. May get my truck sold an delivered.
If I didn't say it already, Happy New Year, DR. I'm bound and determined to make the most of it.
