Good Morning DieselRam....
Cloudy and damp. Not rain, but gotta hit the wipers once in a while.
59 now, around 70 later.
U joint went much better with a ball joint press. No telling how many I've banged out with a hammer!!
Screen on the in tank pump was completely gunked up!! Oven cleaner and a toothbrush and it's all better.
Didn't get to test it out as the batteries decided to puke on me sitting in the yard!!
I think it was due to enough cool damp air for the grid heaters to cycle & that was all she wrote.
I been knowing it didn't sound just right and the right sided battery was a little weak. Jumped it off, cleaned the cables, ran 15 minutes....won't restart.
2nd one on a recondition cycle now. We'll see how that goes.
If it ain't one thing....
On the clock today and waiting for instructions/
Coffee is good!!

Cloudy, misty 60's today. Did a little haul-off from a construction site & got a few hours.
Need batteries for Cornbread Red and found some for a fair price at the local Kenworth dealer but they have threaded studs sticking up. I found some lead battery posts with female threads but it looks like a good place for corrosion to get started and be a ongoing problem.
Unless advised otherwise, I'll probably pass on them.

Good morning DR, mid 50s to mid 60s and cloudy, did my batteries a couple of months ago, 2nd set of NAPA Legend group 65.....P# 7565 I think....caught them on sale, $100 ea after rebates. I like them. Had a spare battery core laying around so I kept the best of the two for a spare. It goes on a battery tender when I take a bike out. Gonna pack the front wheel bearings and change my filters next....getting ready for ol man winter.

Cloudy, misty 60's today and hauled rock from the gravel yard all day.....surprised me.
Check-up tomorrow then supposed change some tires, supposed to rain tomorrow anyway.
Weather is kinda fickle compared to the heat the last few years.
