Default Steering Column replacement

I stripped out my steering column wheel threads on column of my 2005. I cannot find anyplace that sells these, noting discontinued part. So, can the new model RAM columns replace the 2005 version in my truck? If not, any suggestions on how/where to replace mine?

Thanks

Thanks for response Pullin. Stripped the threads inside shaft of the column, where the steering wheel mount bolt inserts.

Fwiw, I found remanufactered column at Columnsgalore.com. On order now, will update on quality and service when I receive the column. Salesperson was helpful on phone so far, so I am hopeful.
