Cloudy teens this morning. No dump truck moving due to the 2" of snow yesterday and last night. Using an old electric fuel pump to get used oil out of a drum and into a 7 gal. buckets to burn in my converted wood stove.....burns used motor oil now.

Good morning DR, cold start to a sunny day, 6* to 28*. No accumulation to speak of Clunk, maybe an inch with trace amount of ice under it. Kinda anticlimactic after listening to the gloom and doom foreguessing. Breakfast dive and family visit today, Tractor Supply for the critters and might another gas jug if they are still on sale.

Good morning DR...
Clear 21 start that feels like 13 according to the weather channel. Front tree thermometer shows about 25.
Might reach 40, might not.
Buried a great aunt yesterday, more of a celebration than a mourning. She was 97.
And, while I was off somebody wrecked my firetruck!! :-(
Might go gun hiking in a bit. Nice buck plays with camera about 9am once in a while.
Coffee's ready.

At 97, a celebration was appropriate. Especially when you look back at her accomplishments.
40 and more rain. Anchorage got the freezing rain. Good thing I didn't have to go down there. Never got out to the cabin. Had to sit around and wait for an electrician. Lost power to half this $ hole we're living in. Can't wait to get moved out. In the mean time, Roxie is doing here duty as mouse hunter. Unfortunately, they already done their damage. They destroyed several hundred dollars of food after they chewed there way into the pantry. Everything is now going into sealed mouse proof containers.

Good morning DR, clear and 25* with 40* being the high. Deep freeze again tomorrow.....2* for the low. 97 years is a reason to celebrate a life lived full, still they will be missed. Monday and back to work, coffee is ready...

Good morning DR..
Thanks guys. Couldn't agree more.
Hope I make it to 97.

23 now, 50 later is the story, same freezer as JFJ tomorrow, flirting with the 10 mark & snow showers.

Off to gather repos.

Good morning DR, 27* degrees and cloudy, temps and snow to fall through out the day. Truck is plugged up and going to lock in the hubs and head of to work. Might change the oil after work.

I heard peppermint oil works to ward off mice, I haven't tried it cause I have 2 wieners that work in a team to rid my place of mice and opossums.
