GOODMORNINGDIESELRAM...Rain. our fine governor is going to try and add a carbon tax on us. it will be anywhere .15 to .25 cents a gallon on any fuel, could be up to .50 by the end of the year. This tax includes Gas, diesel, natural gas, and coal. lowest diesel I seen yesterday was $2.86 a gallon.

Foggy 50's today and hauled rock. Afterwards had a random drug test. Used to have them regularly when I was a waterplant operator. I asked the boss if I would get a raise if I passed....he said no but he'll keep me on for another year if I passed

You sure they are not taxing you for pumping your own fuel?

We have been pumping our own fuel since forever, Oregon wants to add this tax also and they don't pump their own fuel. money grubbing that's all it is.

Cloudy 60's today. Hauled broken up asphalt all day.
The old Western Star has manual air tank drains that a previous driver neglected. The water inside the tanks froze and the tag axle won't raise up. Since the weather has warmed, I'm going to drain the tanks tomorrow and take care of it the rest of the winter.

Good morning DR, winds form the deep south brining rain and 51* here.....mid 60's this afternoon. teens by Saturday night. Yep, snow too. Many contributing factors to states everywhere want to add to taxes already in place, fuel economy is up meaning gallons sold are down....more people driving means gallons sold are up. The little guy is never going to get ahead. I've heard of GPS trackers billing the owner for miles driven quarterly being considered. Face it...the politicians need more money to steal.......

GOODMORNINGDIESELRAM...Testing out some heavy rain today to send up north. God said if I do a good job he'll send it to some guy up north that he really loves but likes to mess with. Then give me a sunny weekend.
