Finally got around to swapping the injectors. Got a lot of tuning to do. Took a lot longer than I'd planned. Those last two injectors are a bear to get at with the hood on, especially for a fat old man. Dropped one of the banjo bolts, took I while to find its hiding place. Dropped one of the return line seals, took I while to find its hiding place. Cross threaded one of the banjo bolts, stopped as soon as I felt it. Fortunately I have a full set of metric taps and dies and was able to clean up the bolt and injector threads just fine. Finally got it running late last evening. On the way home, I nudged it to pass a slow moving vehicle and the car behind me disappeared in a cloud of smoke. Like I said, I have some tuning to do.

Nope, DAP 7X.010. The ones I use to have in my 91.5. They are the right angle and pop pressure for the application. Just a lot more fuel than stock.

Reindexed the throttle lever and now the idle is 100rpm too high. I'll have to work on that some more. Turned the star wheel up a turn. Did a lot for it. Smoke isn't anywhere near as bad and throttle response is excellent.

7x .010, lots of fuel there. What size wheels in the turbo?

The turbo was the original H1C that came off my old 91.5. Can't remember what the original specs were, I think it was 56mm compressor and 58mm turbine in a 21cm2 exhaust housing. The compressor has been replaced with a 60mm wheel and the exhaust housing replaced with a 16cm2. Spools good with these injectors and my pin. The power comes on smoothly and strong, unlike what the M2 pin before it's regrind. Lag and then launch.

Okay, found the specs. Originally it was a 54mm compressor/60mm turbine. It's now a 60/60.

Ok, like an HX35-40 hybrid with a 16cm housing.
