Got to cool my EGT back down. It will pass 1200 in a heart beat now. At this point, towing is out of the question.

I'm thinking,
5X.012 or .013 VCO injectors. Scheid recommended their stage I, which is a 4X.013. Not too keen on that idea.
Bigger turbo. Prefer to stay with a single
Already have a 4" exhaust. Just need to put it on.
A larger intercooler. If I can find one that doesn't require a lot of fab work to install it.
H2O/meth injection. Need one that is EGT control based.
For now it's right foot and OD switch.

Finally fixed my speedometer, I hope. After it hard failed, it was easy to find the problem and fix.
Now back to my EGT issue.

If it was a 24v, I'd say put an HX35 on it to get a smaller exhaust housing and quicker spool-up.

Smaller exhaust housings usually mean higher EGT's

Already upgraded my 24V to an HX from the HY. Noticed cooler temps right off.
I've been thinking of taking an HX35 and putting a 62mm compressor side on it along with porting out the waste gate hole. Or going the HX35/40 route for the 1st gen. The HX35/40 has its appeal by having a larger turbine wheel. But I found the compressor side specs vary.
