JFJ, you never said anything about a Bonneville in the family.....
What year? Ya know, that's what I just got.
Yeah, the sound just kinda feeds your soul doesn't it.
Sorta like the sound of a straight piped 12 valve.

My 85 Nighthawk 650 left for a new home yesterday.
Hate to see it go, but I haven't done anything with it in over 5 years.
Owned it for 29 years.

Good Morning DieselRam!!

It's ungodly in the deep south!!
Mid 90's and high humidity. Makes the feels like temp about 105 !!
3pm yesterday setting a little ole 8x12 was just about too much..
Chance of thunder bumpers, but few and far.

Gotta get up. Special High Intensity Training starts at 8:30.
Going to play made up firefighter games in the crazy heat.
Wonder who's idea that was....?

Partly sunny muggy 90's today.
Hauled stinky sludge to the big stinky dump mountain, now the KW stinks.
Does that make me an honorary VonTrapp?

Cloudy 80's with frequent showers. Between the rain and fine limestone rock powder, the truck does not smell so bad.
I want to hear more on the Triumph motorcycles. I had a couple about 30 years ago.

A mechanic buddy in KY called me about his 200.....I suggested he reset the Control Yoke Seat Back Interface Module.....he laughed so hard he snorted.

Clunk, my first English ride. 2000 Bonneville America, 800.
Wasn't looking for one at all but it found me...not running, carbs gunked up.
Been sitting in a ladies garage for a few years and she just wanted it gone, cheap!
A day of soaking and flushing and she runs like a champ.
Not sure about the handling...
Never drove a bike that didn't want to go straight, but this one feels kinda loose..

Good Morning DieselRam !!!

70-something to 90-something and humid. The feels-like-temp will be 105-110.
Baseball tournament in town so we gotta go sit in the heat.
Caught up on repos so been doing deliveries. More work..Too Hot!!

Been looking at gas grills...
Academy has a nice deal on a gas/charcoal/smoker combo so I quit lookin and bought one. Plan to experiment with it several times next week.
