Default Just found this forum and love it

Just found this forum looking for info to diag my truck. I am from Denver Colorado its a 03 2500 quad cab 6 speed. 143k just started having starting problems but that's for another page. I am a 12 year Volvo truck, HD Cummins tech. I will be visiting Maxtorq

pay the guru a visit I am sure that being a small engine mechanic for 35 plus years I would still learn something from max I am for sure driving my truck to him for injectors etc In the future

Welcome to the site! Make sure your truck has a good 1000# of sticky Wyoming mud pasted to the underside before bringing it over to MAX ... he loves that crap. bwahahaha

yea after all the research and looking at the fuel command psi to the actual psi takes about 35sec of crank time to get to over 4000psi ( snap on solus ultra) and hard to start after sitting over night only. looks to be the ball seat in the injectors. I bought the truck in late 02 and have only done a t-stat and coolant flush to the eng. only other things I have done to this truck is front brakes, ball joints and every u-joint is now greasabl
