Finally got the Diamond Eye 4" exhaust installed. Haven't put it through its paces yet. Did notice better throttle response and maybe less smoke. Need to get it out and exercise it some. Next is getting the 60lb valve springs in. That will be after Thanksgiving.

O'l red let me down X2. First the lights started pulsing with a drop in voltage. Then the speedo ratio adapter broke. No speedo or transmission control. I have a spare regulator, but I'll have to order the ratio adapter.

It just misses you Cougar, like when a dog keeps getting out of his area then just sits on the porch.

Had a nice day yesterday so I got under the hood and messed with electrical connections. I think I got the alternator thing fixed. Still no parts for the speedometer.

Found an old work order from a place I got a ratio adapter from a long time ago. Called them up and ordered 2.

(Internet was down so we were sending up smoke signals.)
Ah, the old fashion way. I love it.

New problems with the Red menace. The battery ends of my cables are shot. They won't clamp tight anymore. Found a place in the city that will make new ones for me at a cost of $140 for the pair.
