Kenwood hands down the best one I came across and installed in my 2000 with Polk Audio DB's. They have the most power across the board then Alpine or Pioneer and the sound is real clean.

Pinion bearings, pinion seal, diff. bearings. they bought a shim/bearing kit yoke and seal reused my pinion and ring gear and my diff.. pulled my diff. cover and replaced bearings and seals in there....
